After BSAutomatisierung GmbH had already been active as a service provider for ISO Maschinenbau GmbH in Leidringen, the opportunity arose in 2009 for Mr. Stoll to take over ISO.The company founder of ISO Maschinenbau GmbH, Klaus Brändle, had been seeking a succession mechanism for some time and started discussions with Mr. Stoll. It became clear that a takeover could be advantageous for both companies. This allows ISO to use the extensive engineering capacity of BSAutomatisierung to further develop their own products. In return, BSAutomatsierung can fall back on the production and assembly structures of the machine manufacturer ISO. In particular, the PPS system introduced by ISO allowed BSAutomatisierung to optimize its processes in special machine construction. Furthermore, the takeover of ISO made it possible for BSAutomatisierung to greatly expand the vertical range of manufacture for special machines and to correspondingly reduce the dependence of suppliers of finished parts. Thus, the customers of both companies profit from the new organization.
